Other than these 10 cars, the only other cars I can think of that are Champion league worthy curently (as of Feb 2018) are MP4-25 in the 1650-1766 Rank range, Max Pro’ed Trion/Land Shark/Arash/Devel and BMW M2 Rank 1582.

Any other cars other than these mentioned or in the videos will be almost impossible to reach Champion regardless of tuning or skill.
